Dear Railside Members,

As the club has added many new members in the last year or so, we thought it would be a good time to update our online Member Directory and records. One of our goals in doing this is to increase our information on our ladies so we have more accurate contacts for finding subs or partners for golf events.

If you could take a moment and complete the contact information below, we will update our files. We assure you this will only be viewed by other members. If you wish some information to remain private just indicate (Private) after it, we will know not publish that on the website.

We would like to complete this project over the next month, so if you could send this back by August 17th, that would be great!
