Membership Classes & Dues Structure

GOLF MEMBERSHIP – Family and Single
    (Family Dues $3,990 annually - $352.50 monthly)
    (Single Dues $3,490 annually - $310.50 monthly)
            Initiation Fee*: -  $4000.00* Waived
Our golf membership includes unlimited use of our championship golf course, practice facilities, bar, grille, patio facilities, and swimming pool.  Regular golf members are invited to participate in all golf, pool, and social activities. 

JUNIOR GOLF MEMBERSHIP – Family and Single
    (Family Dues $3,055 annually - $275.00 monthly)
    (Single Dues $2,670 annually - $242.50 monthly)
            Initiation Fee*: -  $4000.00*  Waived
Open to anyone under the age of 35.  This membership includes unlimited use of the golf course, practice facilities, bar, grille, patio facilities, and swimming pool.  Junior members are eligible to participate in all golf, pool, and social activities. 

SENIOR & SUPER SENIOR GOLF MEMBERSHIPS – Family and Single
            Initiation Fee: -  $0
Senior memberships are available to anyone 70 and over and are entitled to a 25% discount of the regular golf membership dues.  Super-Senior rates are available to anyone 80 and over and a 50% discount off the regular golf membership dues.  Senior and Super-Senior members enjoy all the same opportunities as a Regular Golf Member.

CORPORATE GOLF MEMBERSHIP – Family and Single
    (Family Dues $3,990 annually - $352.50 monthly)  1^st and 2^nd employees
    (Single Dues $3,490 annually - $310.50 monthly)  1^st and 2^nd employees
              Initiation Fee*: -  $4000.00* Waived
Open to corporations with a minimum of two employees and a maximum of five.  Corporate members are entitled to the same privileges as regular golf members.
    The 3^rd, 4^th, and 5^th employees will receive a 25% discount on their 
     annual dues.

CORPORATE WEEK  MEMBERSHIP – Family and Single                             (Single Dues $2,500 annually per member)
(Family Dues $3,200 annually per family)
              Initiation Fee*: -  $7000.00 covers all members (not individually)
Open to corporations with a Minimum of six (6), maximum of thirty (30) members listed, must be owners, physicians, or managers in the group.  Corporate Week Members are entitled to golf, dining, and pool privileges Monday through Friday.  Tournaments, league, and special event play are excluded.  Dining minimum of $300 is in lieu of $500 club minimum.  Family can be added to Monday through Friday golf, dining, and pool usage for $700 per family (dining minimum of $500).

 LEGACY MEMBERSHIP – Family and Single
            Initiation Fee*: -  $2000.00* Waived
Available to any children of a current member that are under the age of 35.  Dues are equal to the Junior Golf Membership.

Families include the primary member, spouse or significant other, and any children 25 and under that are still living at home, attending school full time, or are active members of the military.

SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP
    (Dues $970.00 Annually - no monthly option)
            Initiation Fee: -  $0
Privileges of a Social Member include unlimited use of the bar, grille, patio facilities, swimming pool, and limited golf privileges.  Social members may play golf four times per year and may bring up to three guests each time (regular guests fees apply.)  Social members may participate in any pool or social activities.  The member, spouse or significant other, and any children 18 and under are included in the membership.
          Practice Facility:           $150.00
          Additional Golf:             $630.00
           (includes the 4 rounds plus 10 more. Green Fees only – Carts additional)

DINING MEMBERSHIP
   (Dues $200.00 Annually - no monthly option)
            Initiation Fee: -  $0
This membership includes use of the bar, grille, and patio facilities only.  The member, spouse or significant other, and any children 18 and under are included in this membership.

*Initiation Fees
Certain Special Offers may apply to initiation fees.  Otherwise, $500.00 must be submitted with application and the balance is due in equal annual or monthly installments over three years.  In the case of Junior Members, they have until 12/31 of the year they turn 35 to satisfy their initiation fee, or three years, whichever is longer.)

Club Minimums
A Club Minimum is in affect for 2008.  This minimum is divided into two equal amounts for periods 2/26-6/25 and 6/26-10/25.  Members may not carry an unused balance over to another period.  Food, non-alcoholic beverages (bar, grille, pool snack bar, and beverage cart), guest green fees and guest cart fees may all be applied towards the minimum.

• Social Memberships              $250 ($125 each half)

Assessments*
In 2005, a debt reduction assessment was passed by the membership for 2006 – 2008:

• Golf Memberships                 $15.00/month
• Social Membership               $  5.00/month

The Board of Directors also implemented an operating assessment for 2006-2008:

• Golf Memberships                 $25.00/month
• Social Memberships             $10.00/month

In November of 2006, the membership approved an additional assessment for 2007 as follows:

• Golf Memberships                 $40.00/month

• Social Memberships             $10.00/month

In November of 2007, the membership approved an additional assessment for 2008 as follows:

• Golf Memberships                 $60.00/month

• Social Memberships             $10.00/month

* New members for 2008 will not be responsible for any current year assessments.
